    coverity: refresh tracking (CIDs 454293, 468238, 468240, 468241, 468244, 468255, 468259, 468261, 468270)

    Record CID 454293 as a false positive because sftp_shell_alive is an atomic Boolean and requires no connection-buffer mutex.

    Remove CIDs 468238, 468240, 468241, 468244, 468255, 468259, 468261, and 468270 because the fresh scoped scan no longer returns them.
